Personal Path

Born and raised in Krakow, Poland, I am an immigrant to the United States. As a self-taught programmer, I found a path into the tech industry through luck, tenacity, and great mentorship. I have had the privilege of building and leading product teams for some of the world’s most impactful products, services and technologies (Microsoft Windows, Office, Visual Studio, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph). Throughout my career, I have coached and mentored people and teams, led diversity initiatives, and sought to become a better leader and human. As a certified leadership coach, I focus on leadership and executive coaching in the tech industry and education. I lead culture development in teams, in particular through Emotional Intelligence workshop for teams. I also coach a life transformation program for those seeking to make a profound change in life or career.

In my free time I volunteer as a ski patroller and as a mediator for eviction court.
